This one's trivial, but I don't know about Petr Salinger's part
of the debian patch. I don't have access to the GNU systems to
tell if he has an FSF assignment, but he has no ChangeLog
entries in the FSF sources, so I suspect not.
There doesn't seem to be much point having a half-fix, so I'll
revert all the linuxthread-related changes.
