I've regenerated intl/plural.c with Bison 2.3, to get rid of

#line 3 "/castro/street/H-alpha-linux/share/bison/bison.simple"

directives which cause debug info to be generated referencing a generally 
nonexistent file.  Newer Bison versions don't generate such references, 
only #line directives pointing to plural.y and plural.c themselves.
