I've done a further merge to pick up various fixes, in particular my 
____longjmp_chk implementations for ARM and MIPS to fix build for those 
targets.  Note that build of trunk for targets other than x86, x86_64, ARM 
and MIPS will currently be broken because no implementations of 
____longjmp_chk for other targets have yet been added.  When FSF GLIBC 
adds an implementation for 32-bit Power I'll make sure to update the e500 
implementation as necessary.

I've also backported my ARM kernel-features.h patch to update information 
about what is in kernel version 2.6.30 to 2.10 branch.
