It's on a branch (not trunk or a release branch), in its add-on form; the 
question here is about hosting a standalone form for use with trunk (or 
release branches) - and as I understand it, for use with FSF GLIBC as well 
(so constrained to avoid relying on changes to libc files beyond those 
acceptable to Ulrich).
