[patches] Trunk merge 2009-11-04

I've done a merge from FSF to EGLIBC trunk.  As part of this merge, the 
shlib-versions changes previously present in EGLIBC to handle ports with 
libgcc_s sonames other than libgcc_s.so.1 have been replaced by 
corresponding libgcc_s.h files ports/sysdeps/m68k/libgcc_s.h and 
ports/sysdeps/hppa/libgcc_s.h, in accordance with the approach now taken 
in FSF GLIBC to handle this issue.
