This is not an area where EGLIBC should differ from glibc. New values
from Linux kernel/userspace interfaces are generally added to glibc only
after a kernel.org kernel release has been made with the new values (so,
if a future kernel adds new values to asm-generic/termbits.h - obviously,
not changing any existing values - then additions could be accepted on
libc-alpha to sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/bits/termios.h, taking due account
of the architecture-specific versions of the headers in glibc and the
Linux kernel).
