Comprehensive test coverage would be to build and run testsuite for 3 configurations of EGLIBC:
1. original default,
2. patched default, and
3. patched with just the new option group disabled.

The tests that expectedly fail in the absence of nscd should be conditioned on the EGLIBC_NSCD option group.  The results for all three test runs should match modulo the disabled tests.
