One difficuly I had when writting the first ug_CN was to determine/choose
the codepoint to use for some letters (I had a chart in printed form).
Also I didn't knew what to do with the U+0626
Eagle's version seems more correct.
What could be done maybe, would be to use reorder-after for each
redefined letter, in order to include it in the default sorting;
that way the other arabic letters, not used in Uyghur, would be properly
sorted if they ever appear in a list to be sorted.
Also, maybe keep the small changes to support the sorting
of old pinyin-based writting?
